2200 South Grand Street | Seattle

In February 2018 HAL partnered with Lake Union Partners for a second time to develop 412 market rate units, 157 affordable units, and 46,000 square feet of complementary retail space to be delivered in the Rainer Valley, proximate to the planned Judkins Park light rail station. The development will serve as the center of the northern Rainier Valley, bringing an influx of new residents and accompanying amenities. Mount Baker Housing Association simultaneously developed an additional 202 affordable units in an adjacent project, bringing a total of 359 income-restricted units to the Rainier Valley. Construction completed in November 2024.
