2030 West Meeker Street | Kent

In February 2016 HAL partnered with FNW for a second time to respond to the City of Kent’s RFP to purchase its 9-hole, par-3 Riverbend Golf Course at the entry of Kent’s developing town center. HAL and FNW won the RFP and designed a 492-unit urban and garden style apartment development with 12,000 square feet of retail. Construction began in Spring 2018 and the first phase of 288 apartments and 6,000 square feet of retail was completed in June 2020 with units delivering throughout the construction period. Phase 1 was sold to The Shidler Group in August 2021. Construction of Phase 2, which includes 204 units, was completed in April 2022.
