In June 2013, HAL acquired the existing debt and created a new debt facility to fund leasing costs for the 45,000-square-foot Pacific Commercial Building, which is located in Seattle's vibrant Pioneer Square neighborhood. The Pacific Commercial Building is a historic brick and stone structure that was carefully restored, including adding two new floors, between 2008 and 2010. The restoration preserved the building’s historic character while adding new, modern systems. The Pacific Commercial Building has four floors of brick, wood beam and exposed concrete office space above one floor of retail. HAL sold the property in 2018.
