HAL partnered with MainStreet Property Group in September 2016 in order to purchase a 1.8-acre property adjacent to the new Metropolitan Market in the hills of Sammamish. The partnership designed a 159-unit, urban apartment project above 12,500 square feet of retail and ample parking. Construction began in April 2017 and the project was completed in October 2018. In August 2024, the partners sold the property.
