In December of 2021, HAL partnered with Greystar to develop a 128-unit multifamily project with a combination of townhomes and stacked flats located in the town of North Bend in the Cascade Mountain Foothills. The town has received growing recognition for its high quality of life and has become a sought-after housing market for young families on the Eastside. Its balance of outdoor recreation, natural setting and relative affordability have driven rapid growth and a scarcity of housing options in the area. The project brings high-quality rental housing to the currently underserved market. Construction completed in April 2024.
